 Andrew Rodenberg

Certified Yoga Instructor Andrew Rodenberg, ERYT 500, has been teaching yoga since 2006 at several locations throughout Evansville. He believes yoga should be taught in a way that is accessible to each student and should change as the student changes.  Teaching has included group classes, private lessons, yoga for sports teams, and helping students stay moving after physical therapy. He has studied several different styles ranging from Yantra Yoga (Tibetan Yoga of movement) to Vinyasa to Yin. Yoga has been a daily part of life whether mixed in with calisthenics and daily exercise, or through formal home practices.
