Super Saturday: Summer Fun

It is time to celebrate summer at the Evansville Museum! Join us on Saturday July 24th from 11 am to 3 pm for Super Saturday: Summer Fun! During this event, there will be a ton of summer-themed activities including:

Try out your engineering skills by building a boat in our “Go Float Your Boat” activity.

Long-time Museum volunteer and member of the Apache tribe, Stephanie McConnell, will be demonstrating a Native American beading technique. After the demonstration, guests will be able to create their own beaded project.

Ever wonder what it is like to dive in a submarine? Come find out when we turn the classroom into the deep ocean!

For adults who want to relax, join our yoga class on the back lawn at the Museum from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm with instructor Jessica Ellis. Donations, paid directly to the volunteer instructor, are encouraged. Please bring a yoga mat or towel. In the event of rain or high temperature, the class will be moved inside.
