Jung’s artistic journey has been heavily influenced by her experiences of moving from place to place in the U. S., leading her to develop a unique style that incorporates emotional and psychological landscapes in her portrayals of her surroundings. Her preferred mediums are paper, specifically handmade Korean mulberry paper, calligraphy ink, and Korean watercolors.
