The Old Gallery, located in the Evansville Museum, is available for rental for special events including luncheons, teas, corporate receptions, and dinners. Weddings receptions cannot be accommodated. This lovely spacious setting is located in the Southeast Wing of the Museum and offers 4,000 square feet of space, access to an outdoor terrace immediately off the Gallery, and an open terrace and lawn in the rear of the Museum. It provides an engaging view of the Ohio River, beautifully maintained grounds and an impeccable background for entertaining 10 - 150 guests. The Gallery itself is the setting for periodically changing exhibitions and offers a tasteful backdrop for your event.

The Old Gallery is available for daytime or evening events throughout the year. You have the freedom of choosing your own caterer, subject to approval by the Museum, to provide food and refreshments.

If requested, your guests may have access to the Museum's Art Galleries in which they may view our extensive Permanent Art Collection, as well as two changing exhibition areas. However, no food or beverages are allowed in this area of the Museum.

The Museum provides the set-up of tables and chairs, large pull-down screen, podium, and microphone. You will be responsible for food, beverages, audio-visual equipment, linens, and staff for serving and cleaning up following the event.
