Local Author Publishes Book On Evansville History
Home Town History is a photo-based book by Harold Morgan showing the history of Evansville from as early as 1806. Over 700 historic photos are published within the book – most for the first time. Morgan, a Mt. Vernon, Indiana resident, is a well-known and respected local historian. •

Primitive Evansville from Native Americans to 1820 will be presented by author Harold Morgan on Sunday, February 28 at 2:00 p.m. Morgan will be on hand following the talk to sign copies of his book. Call the Museum at (812) 425-2406 by February 25 for your complimentary reservation
